As I'm newer to collecting, I've never seen (or at least noticed) an NG Ultimate release? can someone explain the difference between this and a normal release?

I believe it might be due to Instagram mistaking the name of the brand for an account that posts inappropriate content if I'm not mistaken (one of the reasons I heard for the old account being taken down). It might be for the same reason this time as well.
