An ACT Airlines 747-400BDSF (TC-ACF,Chartered by Emirates SkyCargo)EK-9788 arriving in Hong Kong from Dubai struck a ground vehicle and veered off the left side of runway 07L on landing, breaking through the seawall into the sea. The 747 came to rest partially submerged with the rear fuselage and tail torn away, forcing the following flight, CX851, need to take a go-around.
