Herpa did a good job with the livery, but the quality of the mould can still be improved. The winglets are so round, I don't understand why.
Cockpit windows can also be better shaped than this!
Herpa is Herpa: to change a "detail" they prefers to build a new mould spending thousand euros and, of course, reflecting everything on the customers improving prices.
Unfortunately i continue to think that we can't ask Herpa too much, simply non realistic.
And i am waiting for the next batch of news...
But i am especially waiting for the announce of Aether Models narrowbodies, hoping they will respect the producing time: i am still waiting for the first two models, Korean Air and Eva Air B787-9 (ACB mega shop will start to deliver them in some weeks).
"1:500 scale" = "a continuing disappointment".

Exactly. Herpa messed up big time. It's quite funny because their 737 Blended Winglets look OK, even the Split Scimitars are good aswell
Wonderful bird. The only quadjet ever operated by TAM, and also the only A340s in Brazilian reg.
Very cool! I think the Munich tower have been released by Herpa before...
Some close up pics with 1:500 KLM B737-700WL and E195 and the spectacular Bulgarian Air Charter MD-80 (now European Air Charter). Bulgarian Air Charter has not been produced in 1:400 scale and it is a pity because it is beautiful. This Bulgarian charter airline has been the last European airline to fly the Mad Dog; now the name Is European Air Charter and flies A320ceo.

The nose of the 737 kind of looks like an E-Jet.
That angle didn't help. Besides, IF500 mould have a too round nose. The current Herpa mould look better
