Hey, apologies to intrude on your forum as I am not a model airplane enthusiast, I am however in a bit of a pickle so I was hoping I might be able to get some information from anyone who might be willing to lend me some of their time.

I recently aquired a rather large collection of model airplanes, I'm supposed to be getting rid of them because my dad is liquidating his buisness and they take up a considerable amount of storage. Amongst these are a wide variaty of 1:200th scale models from brands like Gemini, JC Wings, Inflight and a few other brands. I believe everything is new in box so and i've been trying my best to catalogue everything and document photos because if I'm unable to find a place to get rid of them I assume ebay is going to be the only place I could probably start selling them.

This is NOT a selling post (although I may create one in the proper section if there is intrest), I mostly just wanted to reach out to the community to get a rough idea of what exactly I'm looking at, and maybe some advise on where to become more knowledgeable on this topic so I don't make too many mistakes when I start trying to get rid of these.

My spreadsheet is not yet complete, but I've taken photos of all the 1:200th scale models and included them in a google drive folder below. I'd really appreciate any insight on if these planes are any good or if theres anywhere I should be looking to list them for sale.

We buy large collections all the time, you can sell them on ebay, but it is a long game. You can email us, our contact info is on our website Squatchysdiecasthangar.com

Note that eBay charges %14 sales tax, then you pay federal taxes on the total earnings. Unless the models are marked up considerably it’s difficult to earn a profit.

Good lord you've got quite a collection there, if you do part ways with some of the collection, I would be interested for sure in some stuff.
