Takeoff Models - RM Model Store's attempt at coming back?

I would rather have a broken wing or horizontal stab than a paint scuff.. I can fix one I cannot fix the other.

My 2nd order scheduled to arrive Weds. Let see if it'll be as okay as the 1st one

Order arrived today as expected. They are okay.

Bummer! Model arrived broken. I sent them an email about it so we’ll see what happens. They model box was just kinda shoved tightly into the shipping box so no wonder it arrived like this.

Also to note- this is now the second GJ delta regional that arrived with two of the same main landing gear, just flipped around. It makes the model sit very wonky and just awful quality control from GJ.

They’re sending me a return label at least! We’ll see what happens now. I asked if they’re sending out a replacement or just a refund but i’m still not 100% sure as of yet.
