Wildcat Diecast is my new goto followed by PandaFox ToysI try to avoid waffle. I tend to stick to PandaFox and Squatchy’s of late. I do use eztoys every now and then though.

Agreed.I have a couple of waffle models. All from their eBay auctions. They’re shipping cost is what keeps me away.
Does anybody know why Wildcat still has this month's NG in pre order when everybody else already has their stock? I'd like to start using them but I also don't want to be left with a potentially unfilled order like PandaFox Toys and some of their NGs in the past.Wildcat Diecast is my new goto followed by PandaFox Toys

Wish someone made a modern United Embraer 145Speaking of the devil. My fourth catch from the going Waffle sale. Arrived just over a week ago.
Quite an underwhelming model, but it goes well with my CoEx memorabilia. It feels like it was yesterday that these "junglejets" showed up. The 1:200 version would serve me better, but $$$...

Based on the dedicated thread, he travels and puts the shop on pause in the meantime.
As someone who also owns a new shop, I have to commend you for trying to help a new retailer.
But as a collector who has also gone out of his way to help smaller retailers, I will say that if there is a model that you can't absolutely miss out on, you have to pre-order from either JetCollector, EzToys, or Waffle. It is that simple, and I still do that myself sometimes. In fact, for absolute must-haves, I normally order multiple ones from different retailers as a backup. So you can still give your business to Wildcat, but have a backup order with one of the California Big Three.
Having said all that... NG is not known for small production numbers; quite the opposite. So, I wouldn't worry too much about Wildcat not being able to fulfill your order (Though they probably will be able to). You will likely be able to find the model in other places, no problem.
gemini won’t make the mold because they would only make one airline, all though it would sell very well, I’m pretty sure they won’t.Wish someone made a modern United Embraer 145
Some very nice arrivals today.
SAS SE-210 Caravelle III OY-KRF from Aeroclassics

Finnair MD-82 OH-LMT from Phoenix

Tunis Air B727-44 TF-VLS from Aeroclassics. I was confused with the reg. Tunis Air normally have TS-regs but after some search I found that TF-VLS was owned by Eagle Air Iceland. Hence the TF reg.

Yes, but I think over all better that some B727-100´s from not so long ago...... Didn't expect so much of this model. But better than expected.Lovely pictures, as always!
The Caravelle and Finnair MD-82 are very nice. I'm a bit disappointed with the Tunis Air 727, that front section definitely doesn't look good. It seems the AC 727-100 front section now have the same "Womble" look as an Embraer E-Jet![]()
It would have United, Delta, Denver Air Connection, Old Livery of United,I can understand that wildcat is up to the standard

I avoid waffle at all times, even if it has a good bargain.I seem to be the only person on this entire forum who hasn’t gotten anything from Waffle![]()

Wildcat has only been in business for a few months so naturally stock availability takes time... Besides not everyone has the luxury of being able to go to an in-person store... The closest one to me is MTS which is a 3-hour drive away.I can understand the hype for wildcat, but I feel they don’t have the inventory that pandafox, MTS, etc. I know there is great customer service, but I would much rather buy from an in person store, like squatchys, dg or MTS. Not saying anything bad against wildcat, it seems like a great store. I know brick and mortar is not a great starting business model now, but it’s a lot better of an experience than just clicking some buttons.
I totally get it. MTS is 7 for me but I am super lucky I get to go every few months with family in Cincinnati. I just wish there were more around, but then again, there’s not enough business for diecast model airplane storesWildcat has only been in business for a few months so naturally stock availability takes time... On the right is my latest acquisition from a collection sale - the Lufthansa DC-10 from Dragon Wings with chrome finish. It View attachment 55147will replace the GJ version on the left in my collection.
Where'd you pick it up?My first @3D Design Deck model. Quick visit to YYZ and had go check them out. I must say they look way better in person. The Q400, while not perfect, is almost there. I almost got the 100 but I'm still not a fan of the tail, among a few other small details. Hopefully they get fixed on a future run. Saw the 1:200 B1900D and it looks great. Makes me hope for a 1:400 version of the B1900 and Dash 8-300. Love the material used, it feels sturdy but at the time flexible enough o stand a fall or slight damage. And the detailing and print is awesome, just a few little things I keep seeing on the Dash 100.
@3D Design Deck great work and talent!
