I agree. The leading edges and flaps is what surprised me the most with the model.

I didn't know they made a 767 mould. The windshield placement looks a bit off IMO...and where are the iconic AV400 3D beacon lights? Nonetheless, nice pick up!This one (AV400) arrived a few days ago to enlarge my African fleet a bit.

The old AV400 had a 767 mould, without the current features we have in the new brand.

My NG Virgin Australia 737-700s arrived! I will post pictures as soon as possible, and maybe a review. They are both lovely models I am glad to add to my collection.

To be honest, I’m not long enough into collecting that I know the history of their model lineup. But when I saw this model on eBay I started a bit of research and found out that it’s from about 2010. So didn’t expect the iconic 3D beacon lights, but you are completely right, it would have been lovely if they were also on this older model.
Does anybody know when AV400 started with their beacon lights? I got curious now…

The current AV400 came about in 2017 with the A330, which had beacon lights from the get go. I finally got a chance to take photos, so here are my latest arrivals:
NG Models Virgin Australia Boeing 737-700 VH-VBY and VH-VBZ
I love how the box art on these two combine, NG did an excellent job. I had great service as always with CAMAUST, and now we just need NG to make the MAX 8 and 77W!

Thanks. The Virgin -800s are the bane of my existence. They have been made by Phoenix, Dragon and NG. The Phoenix and Dragons are from more than a decade ago, so those are practically impossible to find. I gave up on owning the NGs, they seem to try every possible way to stay out of my collection. Firstly I pre-ordered them in May 2020 and my order never turned up, thankfully I got a refund. Fast-forward a month or two, I go to CAMAUST's store and they are sold out. I think to myself 'it's not a big deal, I will just buy them from somewhere else'. I go CAWA's website, sold out, My Hobby House, sold out. This went on for almost 6 months until I tracked one down. It was on eBay and not for a ridiculous amount. So I bought it and when the box arrived, both of the wings had detached and one was missing from the box entirely, taking off huge amounts of paint from the fuselage. The seller ghosted me and I never got my money back. I don't know what happened to that model but I cannot find it anywhere. So now, in 2022, two years after release, I have neither.

Got all 4 of these from @British Airways fan (West Coast Diecast) and I'm quite happy with them.
