Posting Glitches

All the formatting options are grayed out for me. I can’t attach a photo to show, but everything above the text input cannot be accessed. Quoting posts also shows up weird, but posts fine. Anyone else experiencing this glitch?

That's weird! It's working fine for me

Oh — there is a bracket button on the far side that toggles the options on/off. I didn’t even realize that was possible!
