There are three SAS MD-80's, each registered for each member of SAS. OY-KHO was not cancelled, it may simply have been an accidental omission on the hand of the original poster of the above list.
Yep. Had seen the Mayday / Air Crash Investigation episode of this. All survived if my memory is correct.
They post on Chinese social media. In the West you need to pay attention to retailers, read forums like this or watch my ranking videosA question about Phoenix Models: Do they have any active social media platforms where they post monthly news, etc.?
Because on the ones we see today, it's obvious they haven't been using it for a while.
Where do they get that information?
It's own old mould. See the review here:What mould is phx using for the MD80?
Great review as always. Yes ofcourse the NG version beats it. I was skeptical based on the jetsgo and crossair models I have as custom donors. There many things I can't unsee in this mould. Definitely better than the flat shaped nose on the latest GJ mould but I feel the phx mould goes a bit snoopy on the nose. Strange that the GJ MD-90 is pretty good in comparison. It's own old mould. Except for that unsightly forward bulge that's impossible to unsee from most anglesStrange that the GJ MD-90 is pretty good in comparison.

Haven't seen it in person. What bulge?Except for that unsightly forward bulge that's impossible to unsee from most angles
No they are quite different. The MD-90 has a longer fuselage for startersThe GJ/JC MD-90 is the same as their MD-80, just with the bigger engines and different vertical stab, no? They do look the same to me.
He means the bulge on the underside, which starts about where the forward black dot is below and rounds up to the nose. You can see the grey belly below gets wider towards the front. The underside of the MD-90 is rather misshapen - still an ok mould overrallHaven't seen it in person. What bulge?
Now I can't unsee it...No they are quite different. The MD-90 has a longer fuselage for starters, but the nose is very different too. The 90 is better than the 80

That's a good question. Is it just 3mm - I thought it was moreDid JC actually make their MD-90 3mm longer than the MD-80?
