So PHX throwing in another good month -
For me, definitely getting the A340 & il-96.
And the DL MD-11 & MU 763 are right up my alley,, with Landor 763 a maybe, though with competing moulds now available, I'll prolly keep these on hold
100% AgreeSame. I really want some more world tails, ones that haven’t been done yet.
Yeah no, they don't and it's not even close.phoenix has the most accurate 77W mould along all the brand. However I hope they print the cockpit windows correctly this time
IMHO Phoenix has the best 763 mould around. Donno what NG will come with, but most of Phoenix´s 763 are close to perfection. I´ll take the BA Landor and replace ( and sell ) the Gemini Jets I´ve got.Same, I really want to pick up the BA 767 but with a new Panda and NG 763 mould coming, it's probably better to wait this out. I'd be surprised if NG didn't come out with a Landor BA with their mould for sure.

Ah that was PHX’s prime time for the B77W, when JC/GJ still used the cradle mould with the high gears. They might not have the most accurate details for a 77W right now with the newly introduced moulds but still I prefer them over AV4 (skinny looking fuselage like my UA evoBlue and AC), JC (the gear struts looked thick to me), NG (price). My most recent 77W from PHX is the Turkmenistan, which has not been made by anyone before so a clear choice.Maybe like 10 years ago.
It is more NG who should correctly print their cockpit windows. And PHX mould is pretty old and inferior to others like JC/GJ, AV400 and NG. What save PHX is their accurate cockpit windows which is currently better than NG and has always been better than GJ and JC. AV400 sometime mess up the cockpit windows for no reason like they did for UA (CO). That’s why that would be interesting to see a PHX version and even a JC or GJphoenix has the most accurate 77W mould along all the brand. ng actually does not print the windows wrong. the problem is the shape of the nose section which is too wide. compare with jc or phoenix mould from diffrient directions and you may recognize it.It is more NG who should correctly print their cockpit windows. Indeed they have problem with nose section but also cockpit windows on most of their 777s (including UA). On their KLM pride and Korean, NG managed to improve their cockpit windows size but the shape, from most angles, is still wrong. And the two center symmetrical windows are still too small compared to the other windows of the cockpit. The wrong mould shape make the cockpit windows more narrow from some angles which is not acceptableng actually does not print the windows wrong. the problem is the shape of the nose section which is too wide. compare with jc or phoenix mould from diffrient directions and you may recognize it.
Alright i don’t know if my eyes tricked me but the font used for the “AIRFRANCE” title is wrong (i.e: the letters are squished - same problems like the VN 78X 2 years ago which I did not buy). I have my eyes for the font.I edited NG picture of their new AF 777 from IG by adjusting the printed cockpit windows, without changing mould shape, and you can already see a huge difference.

Yes it is. They had same issue with Delta on their A320 or A319Alright i don’t know if my eyes tricked me but the font used for the “AIRFRANCE” title is wrong (i.e: the letters are squished - same problems like the VN 78X 2 years ago which I did not buy). I have my eyes for the font.
Are you sure that's the reason? You seem to be the only one here who cares about cabin class configs when picking up models. In case you are wondering why is Phoenix releasing this Cathay 777, B-KPO is the first of the fleet to carry the new Cathay 3 class cabin.
Cabin config matters when it has an impact on windows layout and destinationsAre you sure that's the reason? You seem to be the only one here who cares about cabin class configs when picking up models.
@DTcustoms can you confirm this info?
I didn't suggest it lol, probably someone elseAre you sure that's the reason? You seem to be the only one here who cares about cabin class configs when picking up models.

This year has really been a blast with PHXPhoenix ends 2024 with another strong set of release announcements to cap a great year. Some of the moulds are definitely approaching the end of their use by date but there's plenty of interest in this set:
