It was hinted to Brazilian collectors that this would be a Varig B747-300 in the 1996 Landor scheme.



A first in 1:400 scale - but sadly it will be very mediocre due to the mould, and i'll have to let it pass

It seems that Etihad hasn’t unveiled a new special livery for its 787 recently, so I’m looking forward to seeing what might be introduced next. Personally, I hope it will be the UAE Amiri Flight’s 787-8 (A6-PFC) featuring the Etihad livery.

Personally, I think re-releasing it would be quite difficult. Phoenix has previously stated they won't do reprints or custom orders. At most, they might just help GJ with some contract manufacturing.

They have done quite a few re-releases recently. Cubana IL-96, IB A346, LH A346 come to mind.

Understandable too, as the moment they re-release it it kinda made the first release value-less already…

PH's contract with GJ ended more than a decade ago. Also the boss of PH is a lady so I think you misunderstood with someone else about the ig story
