Can confirm PandaFox customer service is still non-existent… Been trying to reach them for two weeks with no response.

Fair warning PandaFox is one of the retailers that will blacklist customers for "excessive returns." It's truly a shame because their customer service used to be top notch and their distinguishing factor among other retailers.

Need to make an exchange for damaged models so I will keep trying….

They'll say that you are returning models with defects that other customers would be okay with, that the damage is easily repairable, etc. I'm not sure what that threshold is to be blacklisted, but the fact that they are outright ghosting customers now with legitimate concerns speaks volumes. When my buddy was blacklisted, they at least had the courtesy to tell him via email lol
