I think chances are determined by growth value, for 10 growth value points you get 1 chance. For growth value point, usually each one plane gives you one point. In your case I'm not sure which one you are referring to, if you are referring to the points but not growth value, I suppose 35 points mean something between 3-5 aircraft which leaves about 5 growth value points which is not enough for a "wish"

Indeed I joined multiple wishes by using points. That would be great if someone could make the Japan Airlines 777-300ER wish.
