NG Models CRP Question

Hello there! I recently purchased a few NG Models (I had 2 previously, added 2 to my collection) and went to redeem my CRP points (I already had an account with the CRP points from the initial two models) and it said I had 0 points.

Does the counter tell the amount of points that I added during a singular session of the website, or overall? If it indicates a singular session, this makes sense, but if it does not, what happened to my points, and how can I re-redeem them?
 
Try reloading the website and logging out and back in. I also had this issue yesterday but refreshed everything and it now shows the correct number of points that I earned instead of 0.
