In this case, the Apollo/JC Wings cockpit windows and the nose shape look bonkers and awful…The difference is about than half a mm. I'm not sure it is indefensible to be honest. In fact, I'd argue considering the size of these models and the retail price it is entirely defensible!
It always entertains me nobody does this with JC, GJ, PHX etc releases. Here's the Apollo version using the JC mould if people prefer it

Yes, now if you see the images I've sharedIn this case, the Apollo/JC Wings cockpit windows and the nose shape look bonkers and awful…
Let alone the engine exhaust cone’s length.
Going to have a field day on that poor nose shape…
I think it's fine. After all, if you really want to compare which is worse, look at JC/PHView attachment 68980
The green reflection seems too shiny by me, especially the first photo.
What I am bothered about is that NG keeps printing the cockpit windows & the zorro mask too high these days.
If one looks at the real thing above (image courtesy of Heathrow Airside on 13/1/2026), the passenger window is at a higher level than the bottom of the zorro mask. One could even say the the height level of the passenger window is at roughly the mid-point of the zorro mask.
In contrast, NG's B-LRJ has the pax window line at the bottom of the zorro mask (see red line below).
Think it is too obvious on the B-LRJ this time and pretty indefensible...

That looks properly crap. The difference is about than half a mm. I'm not sure it is indefensible to be honest. In fact, I'd argue considering the size of these models and the retail price it is entirely defensible!

Everyone's favorite Feb NG release.
I do like this colour combo better than their current one though, no kidding.
Reminds me of a nice Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte
