Yeah, my biggest grudge is actually against scenes where a Pan Am 747 sits next to a Westjet 787

I do agree with that. I used to use my 1970s livery Ansett 727 with my starmark livery aircraft until I got the starmark livery 737-300 last year. Now I sits there looking resplendent on my shelf. I have been thinking of making a museum addition for NQX where I could put it and some QF 747s.Yeah, my biggest grudge is actually against scenes where a Pan Am 747 sits next to a Westjet 787![]()

My criteria is aircraft 1990 or later. So probably no DC-8s or 707s except cargo (well, Chicago Lakefront isn't planned to be a cargo airport so probably no cargo) or airlines that operated those aircraft into the 90s. DEFINITELY no piston-liners either, but aircraft like DC-9s, DC-10s, MD-11, MD-80s, 727s, etc, are all fine. Also, for me, airlines that died before 1990 but use aircraft commonly see past 1990 (eg. Braniff 727s) are fine as well. I also sometimes give exemptions to certain aircraft BEFORE 1990 (if Aeroclassics makes a United Caravelle, I'm 100% getting it, because it looks modern enough). But, you shouldn't be afraid to mix it up.Yeah, my biggest grudge is actually against scenes where a Pan Am 747 sits next to a Westjet 787![]()
