I was like what??? did JC also get panic by av400's latest release announcement?
the Skymarks is indeed interesting choice, together with the fact that it was never delivered so it makes sense in green paint.
however, given the quality of their mould...
I would rather suggest they could come up with these then i might collect lol

JCs is now just panic releasing stuff on their weaker moulds to capture market share. I just hate that nose on their mould, to begin with
To capture market share you first have to at least send something out into the market - a thing that I doubt JC would ever beat most competitors

But I do agree JC and GJ these days just chase competitors' offerings and is lacking interesring subjects. Heard JC do admit they keep track on competitors so I guess that should explain things...🫠🫠🫠

keep track on competitors is one thing, but when you are not able to offer something competitive, how on earth could you win from just copying the release (mould)? collectors are not blind nor stupid.

I don’t get them releasing the half painted ones. They are cool and some people may like them but they are very niche, especially that many.

Come to think of it - Phoenix did release some similar "bare bone" A380 in the past...

Maybe JC believes it's finanlly time to dust off their "bare bone" A380 and send them to retailers when they notice AV400 publish a new batch of A380s LOL

I suppose legacy manufacturers are counting on people’s short memory, hastiness and tendency towards instant gratification to get these models sold. All of a sudden, 767-400 are almost all released. And now the A380s. Imma sit here and wait for the quality releases we all know are coming. Even JC and others.

By the way, please do a new liveried Emirates A380 in your great new mold AV400.
