JC Wings 2026 February Releases

While I'm annoyed that this KLM Cargo is on the old mould, I'm surprised anyone is doing this livery as a release at all, so I'll still gladly splurge on that one.

Old mould or not, the colours and printing looks to be pretty decent

and they could be AI, like we all got caught with the AV400's recently
Oh no in JC's case they're not - as you can well see all the defects and inaccuracies in their moulds 😂😂😂
These are model samples that are shot for approval - before they're put into production, afaik, in the similar way in which GJ approves each release via sample shots

These photos are taken after production as I understand it. JC don't make samples really. It is just that it still takes 3-6 months for models with photos to get to retailers

Out of curiosity, what’s the issue with JC? Are they really constrained by Gemini in what they can do, or just lackadaisical?

I'm struggling to see any good releases in this set. Literally almost everything has either been made before by JC Wings or is on an inferior mould.

The Q400 is about the only exception and even that was made not long ago by 3D Design Deck
I’m hoping they do the new livery because I don’t know when I’ll get the chance to. The Canadian market is flooded. Not as many people have enough money to buy anything because of a struggling economy. Many Canadian releases have been sold at wholesale because they can’t move them. Big reason why I’m easing off on Canadian stuff a bit recently.

I wouldn't be surprised if Canadian releases that US collectors see often (AC CRJ9 / E175 (even though you don't currently have the designs)) would preform better currently
