Is it normal for a model plane store to message you offering a discount through text, not email let me know I trust diecastairplanestore so I’m unsure

I think it's nice that they send you messages but i think that a good way to make sure that your customers don't think it a scam is by polishing on you website that you do that now

No scam, we were reaching out to see if we could help our customer. Not sure what is so suspicious about that?

I under stand that now it’s just I get messages on the daily offering promotions and discounts from companies I sometimes don’t now…and I don’t know if the phone number changed because that kind of through me off at the time cause it was different from the sites hope this clears it up kind regards!

By the way this place is 100% sketchy. They've been ignoring me every time I asked about an order I placed on diecastairplane.com which Darius owns and runs now and still never got a tracking number for it.
