With all due respect India is relatively poor so the number of people buying Indian models is small, plus the Indian aviation market isn't very developed or diverse. Korea and Japan are very well covered in 400 scale, plus are mature markets with low diversity of airlines and liveries (not just now - always) and add to that the fact both seem to have very limited apparent demand given there are more 400 scale retailers in the UK than Japan and Korea combined.
Europe and the Americas may need more representation, but it seems Europeans and Americans don't care enough to do anything about it - so you could argue demand isn't as sky high as people think, or it could be that making 400 scale models isn't much of a moneyspinner so nobody can be bothered.
In the past 6 years Gemini has made 9 models from India, S Korea and Japan combined by the way so they aren't good in this regard.
