Gemini Jets January/February 2026 Releases

This set is pretty bland. Lot of models that are super in demand have been left out yet again. Alaska MAX is a highlight for me, definitely might pick another one up, those are pretty rare these days. Retro subjects are decent but it feels like this is a pretty lame set for the first two months of the year. Especially considering we won’t get a February set, and have to wait until March

The retro's are nice, the December releases that just hit are decent, lots of retro, but I'm also a retro guy.

GJ doing their best NG impression for the most basic 100-time re-releases with the Emirates A380 and Delta A321.

Air Canada a320 and Panam 727 are nice though

Excited about the Delta shuttle, maybe the AA 772 (I just simply don't have one yet). Not too bad of a set overall imo. Still in line with Gemini but some nice oddballs too.

Doing some research on the regs:

Delta shuttle N413DA wore that livery from 1997-2000 when the frame was finally stored. It wore the similar standard Delta scheme for a while before the shuttle logo was put in place so some out there may be interested in customizing?

PanAm N368PA wore its scheme from roughly 1882/84 at delivery until 2003 when it was sold to Express One International. Great for dioramas of a few different time periods!

Really loving the spurt of 727s.... not hard to also decipher that a new brand is disrupting that space - so this is GJ responding.
Just not assured of their commitment to QC on these old castings - the recent UA Saul Bass being a case in point.
Have yet to see pix of the NWA and recent DL

The Mexicana E2 though should be fabulous - and expected considering their Futures list and track record on recent E2s
Loving the recent bonanza of Mexicana announcements!

I always liked GJs 727s over all others. I didn’t care about the seam, but appreciated the good shape. They messed up the tail of the -200 recently though. And yes, printing of the cockpit windows has been a life-long issue with GJ/JC Boeing narrow bodies. Seems like the mold is getting old too. Hope these turn out okay.

Right. It's the cockpit and the recent modifications that don't always turn out well (cue outsized NLGs)
Like the recent Saul Bass - the cockpit kills it

Pretty run of the mill set for me. No real highlights but not too bad. I’ll be picking up the jetBlue 220 in 200 scale at the Orlando show or MTS. I would assume these models will hit retailers by March?
