I believe West Coast Diecast provides some GSE for free with any order. As for strictly free GSE I don’t think there’s much, if any, sources out there.

I managed to get them to 1:400 or at least close enough I have included the photo/file needed and an example of how they look. Do recommend card stock when making/ printing
