400 scale manufacturers on the whole do not want to talk directly to collectors and do not have official websites, stores, emails or social media.
NG are unusual in this.
The reasons are many but they are mainly manufacturers and rubbish at marketing, use distributors to handle their sales and don't want people who might sue them for licensing breaches to know who they are.
I have AV400's contact details but I'm not giving them out. Sorry.
