I have done a return of a model to ACB, they should have received the model one week ago, but I have no feedback regarding the return.

They are not replying to my mail, and also I cannot contact them via IG.

Also for you is hard to communicate with them?
Or is me unluckily?

Hi, thank you so much for the reply, the mail I have sent 3 times but only first time I had reply the number I cannot call, is in another country and will be too expensive honestly…


I just open the 3D because was not the first time that I had no reply from them

Honestly I have trust in them I have also purchased other time, but I was wondering if only me I had the issue or other… because is one of the store where I do the most of the purchase in Europe

I have been (and still am) a customer of ACB since 2003. They are always loyal and very good to work with. I see no reason to worry. It could just be a temporary overload. Their customer service has always been very good.
