Interesting. these models actually have different engines. anyone know if it was the same aircraft but Airbus changed engines or they are two different with the same reg?

One airframe, different engines. Same as on the 320 prototype for example.

also a few years ago I recall NG did a jetblue A321 supposedly exclusive for some fair but apparently released as a regular later, I doubt it will be 100 units only TBH

Yes, it was meant for a U.S. collectibles show in 2023, but got a full release a few months later. What’s funny is that that sticker was long since removed from the plane both during and after the show

man I didn’t want that “new” airbus scheme a318 but it’s a bummer the older scheme is the exclusive. If it’s a regular release come another month or so it’s mine!
