Below is the Chinese translation I extracted with deepseek. The general idea is to provide theme models without registration numbers, and then collectors can realize the registration numbers they want through the water stickers provided.

Here is the extracted text from the image translated into English:

**PolarisFilm: Infusing Soulful Detail into Ultimate Models**

PolarisFilm, the custom-grade visual marking solution of the Polaris Ultimate Series, presents the precision of aviation-grade decals, dedicated to accurately recreating the beauty of aircraft markings.

Each graphic carries authentic flight insignia and stories. Through professional transfer technology, details are precisely rendered onto Polaris models. Easily personalize your favorite registration numbers; simple steps imbue your model with unique meaning.

**PolarisFilm Usage Instructions**

1. **Cut Out the Graphic**
Use tools to identify the desired PolarisFilm graphic and cut out the required section from the entire backing sheet.

2. **Soak the PolarisFilm Graphic** (Reference at 20°C room temperature; adjust soaking time based on ambient temperature)
Place the cut PolarisFilm graphic into clean water and soak for approximately 10-15 seconds. The graphic will begin to separate from the backing paper.

3. **Transfer the Decal**
Once the PolarisFilm graphic slides freely, use tweezers or your fingers to gently slide the graphic off the backing paper and position it onto the designated area of the model. Ensure accurate alignment.

4. **Adjust and Set**
Gently press the graphic with a cotton swab or soft tissue to absorb excess water and secure the decal. Adjust the position until satisfied.

5. **Wait for Drying** (Reference at 20°C room temperature; adjust drying time based on ambient temperature)
Let it air-dry naturally for approximately 1-2 hours. Avoid any contact during this time.

---

**PolarisFilm Usage Recommendations**

1. Perform operations on a clean, wind-free desktop surface.
2. Use tweezers to handle PolarisFilm graphics to avoid damage from skin oils and sweat.
3. After applying PolarisFilm, avoid high temperatures or frequent friction.
4. To enhance PolarisFilm durability and gloss, apply a coat of model-specific clear protective lacquer after it is completely dry.

**PolarisFilm is not just a decal; it's a continuation of aviation texture.**

Good idea.

I may add, brands should think about providing naked molds. Unfinished. Bare-metal. Or at least white with cockpit windows, basic wing markings, and nothing else.

Already, blanks are sold for customization, but they are not always practical, and many times the passenger windows still have to be erased, etc.

Many customizers around the world work hard to return models to their basic condition, so there is a market. And no matter what manufacturers do, there is always a good number of collectors unsatisfied with the release choices. So, since China has the ability to mass-produce quality castings at low prices, let customizers around the world do the rest, don't bother with paint.

This is called Aero Polaris Essentials and apparently it will begin with a new 777 mould.

The idea isn't blank models - just models with custom regos it seems

Sounds like a very niche concept. Diecast collectors and scale modelers are usually a different crowd. Decaling without clearcoating is doomed to fail and clearcoating an assembled model isn't a good idea, partiularly not if one's unexperienced in handling an airbrush. So how should this work without lots of frustration? Do these come unassembled?

I don't think so. I think it is literally just a finished model without the reg. The wording I've seen on WeChat is a little unclear

I'm guessing the odds are that there is no registration number, for example, they released the Xiamen Airlines 737 without a registration number, and only provided stickers such as B-1278, B-xxxx, or something like that for collectors to add their own registration numbers to the model, presumably in consideration of the fact that the preference of some collectors is to collect flights they've flown.

Oh yeah? That's great, nice to see a new 777. but no teaser at all about the model, and this new series they have is coming out in August.

As you suggested, I might prefer to remove the wing and landing gear sections so players can paint or make their own decals more easily. After completing the subject matter before assembling the model on your own

Yes, that's the way I understood it.
I just don't see how this should work for the average collector (who isn't into modeling)

I have seen a number of collectors do minor modifications (such as add wing regs, etc). I was under the impression that many of those minor mods were not clear-coated.
