Can you try doing the Air North (Australian air north) Emb120 in 1:400 scale? I'd love to buy some off of you.I've got an EMB-120 model sitting around which I never really bothered to print out in the past.
Does anyone here have ideas on what I could perhaps paint some as?
[1:200 and 1:400]
I've recently been experimenting with printing and applying decals to my own Q400 model in 1:400 scale. Do you have any tips for how to print the Q400 well? what orientation should I use? Also do you have any tips for designing and applying my own decals? I am trying to recreate a QantasLink Q400 and a REX (regional express) SAAB 340B. Do you have any tips?View attachment 41120
Just finished this 1:400 Q400 ive been working on for a while. I was able to get a 0.25mm nozzle to print this out. It has a snap on design so the wings snap into place (great for customs) and the props do spin if you push them with your finger
im really happy with the result of this and i hope i can improve it
(also its not tail heavy either)
Absolutely stunninga couple days ago i decided to try making the scaled composites stratolaunch but it is way too big for my print bed to be printed in one piece so the final result had a very big wing seam.
anyways heres the model, though its not the best i thought its too cool to not share here

thanks!Absolutely stunning
could you show me what the model looks like? depending on what the model(s) look like and how many parts there are I'll let you know what orientation id recommend. the only issue with this is just that some parts wont print out dependent on nozzle and print settings, and it can be quite finicky so it might not work perfectly for you.I've recently been experimenting with printing and applying decals to my own Q400 model in 1:400 scale.
