Just finished this 1:400 Q400 ive been working on for a while. I was able to get a 0.25mm nozzle to print this out. It has a snap on design so the wings snap into place (great for customs) and the props do spin if you push them with your finger
im really happy with the result of this and i hope i can improve it
(also its not tail heavy either)

Would love to see the Osprey in Marine green!

1. These look awesome!
2. Did you make the q400 file yourself?
3. Would love to see a Widerøe Q400
Thanks, I did make the Q400 file myself in Blender
Im not the greatest at painting and/or making decals but I am working on some other liveries just to practice before I begin some harder liveries.

I intend to hopefully get my 3D printed stuff all back on sale in July since everything is off my ebay page until June since I am pretty busy with other work.

So this is a funny story.
The Q400 I posted earlier is actually based on a Q300 model I made previously. It is just a modified version of it.
Today I decided to print the Q300 since I wanted to test it but I have come to the conclusion that there are somehow some issues in the Q300 that the 400 does not have. For example the props on the 300 don't spin or even insert into the holes in the engines, and the gear are quite large too. I am pretty happy with this one too.

Yes, this does need much improvement, but that's the greatness of 3D printing. For diecast models, if a mistake is made on a mould a LOT of money would go into fixing it, but for 3D printed models it can easily be fixed in the program the model was made in and re-printed for a much lower cost.

I have not planned on doing a Fokker 614 but I do have the Dassault Mercure on my list at the moment. I could do the 614 since I don't really know what stuff to model.
Would be great and no doubt that I buy both in a heartbeat.

Both are very unique and both have never been made in 1:400 before.
