Have been lurking in the forum background for sometime without posting. I mostly stick to sharing model content on Instagram but thought I’d share my new airport layout + some older layout photos. Based in the UK, hope you like!

Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing! Really great to see people sharing their dioramas here. This Model Airports section need to become more popular.

I agree! I’m in the planning process of another 1:200 airport, which is a scale I really wish I saw more airports of.

I believe the vast majority of MAF users just go straight to the 1:400 section and ignore other sections of the forum.
This is quite understandable, of course, but model airports usually spark the interest of many 1:400 (and other scales) collectors aswell. However, doesn't seem to be the case here. I come from Wings900 forum, where 1:500 scale discussion and 1:500 dioramas were very popular. It seems to me that, here, only the models are popular, while dioramas are not really much viewed by most users

I find myself going mostly to the 1:400 section, as I collect exclusively 1:400. I do occasionally check the 1:200 and 1:500 sections though.

It’s always super interesting to see what people have built. Always good to see the variety of layouts too. So hopefully more people do start to share there creations
