1:400 Chicago Lakefront International

Hi All!

So, I am planning on building my first model airport project! It will be called Chicago Lakefront Airport, located a bit North of Downtown Chicago. The concept is basically 'Meigs Field but jet-able'.

The airport will be 'timeless' (and what I mean by that is that any aircraft that could be seen 1990 onwards is allowed. Airlines that ceased before 1990 but operated planes that could be seen in the '90s and beyond are allowed as well).
For reference, here are the models that I have currently:

Already sent, look at the spreadsheet. 19 times weekly. Alongside 12 weekly on the MD-80

Now, for the Airport itself. The original terminal will be custom made by Andy from Tarmac Designs (at least when he gets back to me). The terminal will have 14 gates, 6 jetbridge gates, plus an extension on either side with 4 ground gates. The terminal will have a house-like slanted roof and an ATC tower integrated into the structure.

On the grounds of the airport will be a bunch of remote airliner stands, a runway, an FBO with private jets and general aviation, and maybe some other buildings. Lake Michigan will be next to the Terminal on the Landside, with the access road in between the terminal and lake.
