    Aeroclassics July 2025 Releases

I think Aeroclassics is given plenty of wiggle room with what they've put out over the past four or five years. I'll give them credit all day long for making models and airlines that one else is even thinking of. But to set an asking price that's equivalent or higher than what an NG 737 NG, or...

    Aeroclassics July 2025 Releases

Richard, you know the history better than most. How likely is it that Aeroclassics, aside from AK himself, would actually have access to photos of the 2005 version, let alone a copy this model? Is it fair to say that none of the current factory workers, or even the factory itself is relevant or...

Model Review: Atlas Air 777F Interactive by Gemini Jets

Good review. It's hard to see Gemini Jets get the credit for JC's work, but that's how it goes. Glad to have interactive options on 1/400 scale. This never would have seemed possible at one point. Now it's common place.

The African DC-8's are really nice, the Korean DC-10 is pretty too.

Picked up second-hand for under $40 USD, the Maldivian A320-214 reg. 8Q-IAN is still active with the airline. Built in 2004 originally for Iberia, it was leased to Mexicana until 2007, then returned and used by Iberia until 2012. It has been on lease with Maldivian since 2012. Notwithstanding a...

    Aeroclassics Release for June 2025

It's just careless, and frankly a bit disrespectful and insulting to think people won't notice. 'Here, spend your hard earned money on a product that we refuse to improve, and don't care enough to spot check.' It's just a poor effort that's on display from production through to distribution. It...

    Aeroclassics Release for June 2025

Buyer be ware, these samples are showing a variety of production issues. I'm sadly in no hurry this month. The nose on this 707 is just really not ok.

Model Review - McDonnell Douglas DC-9-81 UDF by JC Wings

It's nice to see JC Wings utilize an older casting in a way to keep 1/400 scale interesting. I also agree that this is a superior casting compared to the one GJ/JC have been using.

Model Review - China Eastern A350 by Aero Polaris

I was going to say the same thing. To me, after looking at Richard's photos, it actually looks like the shape of the APU is a bit different. That's just me though.

Good lord there's a lot of these pop-up brands to keep track of. Nice little models, the Juneyao is particularly nice and colorful. C Models would mean that that's the Panda tooling?

Model Review - China Eastern A350 by Aero Polaris

These seem to have limited availability in the United States. I've only seen Aero Polaris models at one retailer, and only the 737s. I'm sure that will be a hurdle for U.S. buyers.
