Quite a lot of stuff that I like in the release batch
I like collecting pre-1979 Iran Air and IIAF more to be honest 🤭

Plus there are 3 other 727s.

I note the prices are up to $52.95 for a 767 and $48.95 for a 727 (last month it was $44.95 for a 727)

At least 5 of these are re-releases and probably inferior to the originals.

Also if you're looking to buy United 767s I strongly suggest you wait for better versions using the Panda mould that will be coming as soon as the tariffs get sorted out.

Maybe if it's any United 767 you are interested in. But I doubt a United Airlines 767-222 in pre-delivery colours - both silver belly 767s were repainted before entering regular service with United - will ever see the light of day again in 1/400.

I have to wonder if AC has their head screwed on straight—going out of their way to photograph a defective product as a sample shot.
It's just careless, and frankly a bit disrespectful and insulting to think people won't notice. 'Here, spend your hard earned money on a product that we refuse to improve, and don't care enough to spot check.' It's just a poor effort that's on display from production through to distribution. It shows no real concern or dedication to provide customers with a good product, but this is the attitude the company has been rising for years. The only thing keeping them relevant is their effort to make airlines on moulds that no one else is using or has. I wouldn't expect anything to change unfortunately.

Pretty good batch for June, QC issues notwithstanding. Happy to see them return to form after the lackluster May releases. I might pick up that United 762 if it's still around.

Also worth noting the Bluebox 727s -- American and TWA releases -- as far as I know the Chrome AA sold out within 30 minutes upon announcement last week.

There are still a few places you can find them lingering.

This set filled a lot of gaps - as some recent sets have been doing - always great to see re-releases for examples that are much desired.

I picked up 5 this time, including the Vignelli AA and the TWA.

The pre-revolution Iran 707 is lovely too - from a time before western political interference ruined the airline and the country.
