As one who models and 3d prints terminal, I can chime in. *Though I did not do this one. 1. Without doing a formal quote, I think I would charge $400-$600 for this (1/400), depending if you wanted jet bridges and if you wanted it in color like this or just printed in white, to paint yourself...

And of you use the measure tool in meters in Google Earth, gust multiply that by 2.5 to get the measurement in mm for 1:400

I have used it Google Earth as a base. You can download a high res image, then use a program like GIMP or Photoshop to edit it the GSE and everything else. Then send it to be printed on a vinyl sign. Is it perfect? No. But it can look decent. Challenges include getting the scale right and...

I make 3d printed jet bridges. How many did you need? I typically sell them for 10 for $40, but depending how many you need, I'm sure we can work something out.
