Awesome little replica of a tiny regional airport in West Virginia! Even though I work for an airline and know codes, locations, and much more about hundreds of airports in America, I hadn't heard of this one before. The airport is an controlled airport located in Huntington, West Virginia with a single frequency LOC for ILS RWY 12 & RWY 30 and RNAV approaches for the 7017 foot runway as well that also reports RVR. I was unable to determine if the airport has any SIDs or STARs. The AirPort is named Tri-State as the city is in close proximity to West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. The area is remote and hours away from any other airports with commercial service.
