What is the NG Model Growth Rate thing? It goes up as I redeem more points.

Check this link - basically your membership growth value allows for additional benefits - eg 10 growth points allow for commissioning one CRP wish, and the like.

Narrow bodies usually carry a growth value of 1, with larger widebodies carrying higher growth value.

Points, on the other hand, allow you to redeem those for free models/products during their Exchanges, for example
