There's a rumor (I really don't know if it's true) that NG don't have the Tu-154 mould available anymore. It might be damaged and they don't seem to bother fixing it. Anyways, hope someone else can shed a light on this.

NG recently 'approved' a whole lot of Tu-154s
So either it's just a rumor, or they're fixing it / have already fixed/prepared it, for future use
