I just picked up the NG Models version of the China Eastern Toy Story A330 and was planning on replacing my older Phoenix version. The two make an interesting comparison and illustrate how difficult it can be to get everything correct in such a small scale. The NG obviously has a better mould than the Phoenix, although the PHX 330 remains perfectly decent. Looking at the livery replication they both have made mistakes with aspects of Buzz and the PHX has other issues with windowline height and main titles. They certainly make an interesting comparison and show the all too regular situation whereby no one model gets everything correct. One last point is that NG has now removed the standhole from their A330s.
