Texan Airplane Store issues

Hey all,

A while ago (February 5th) I ordered a 1:400 scale Gemini Jets United Express E175 ($50) off of Texan Airplane Store. It took quite a few days to ship but less than a week later it was on its way to me. Unfortunately, the address was imputed wrong on the label, only saying my street and not my home address. It was then shipped back to Texan, and I wrote a message in the website’s “Contact Us” page, and was then invoiced $5 for shipping back to me. I provided my correct address in the email reply. After no word or package for a few weeks, in early March I would send yet another message, followed by another later in March, both of which got no replies. I would then depart on a trip to Florida for spring break, and upon my return I had a message from Texan, asking for my correct address ASAP, which I provided yet again through my reply to the email. They said they had emailed me multiple times, but I had no emails from them, and it almost seemed like my emails were not seen by them either.

I sent another reply in early April, almost exactly two months after I ordered my E175, which once again yielded no response. I sent yet another reply late last week which also got no response. Worse yet, I also sent a DM here on MAF to BoeDinger, who I was told works for Texan.

So it’s now been almost 3 months, and I still no not have my Embraer. This whole experience has been nothing but a thorn in my side the past few months, and I desperately want a resolution here. I’ve had to delay multiple videos waiting for this model, and my patience has long dwindled. I really would rather not make a video complaining, as I do not want to hurt Texan’s reputation, and I’ve heard Nick is a nice guy. Figured talking to you guys on the forum would be a better idea.

Has anyone else experienced similar things lately? And if anyone can help me out that would be amazing.
