Sorry, no airliners... Just two of my most favourit sound machines photographed this week. The sun was shy though.
Barely anything beats the rumble of a Tornado in full burners.
Loved these litte Scooters ever since we were on exercise with them. Amazingly big sound for such a small aircraft.

Would have wished for the XL to arrive 15mins later, but I shouldn't complain as weather, time, location and my time budget rarely ever go together...

Thanks. One of those "must do" images I had in my head for years. While the timing wasn't 100% perfect - 15mins later would have been awesome - the weather was just perfect that day with high clouds and rapidly building ground fog for sunset.
We only get the Beluga maybe once a week and at totally random times. To see it just in time with an ok sunset azimut and these weather conditions is pure luck. I should add that we had dense fog all day long just a few miles west..
I'm so glad I made it as chances weren't big to ever x off this image from my list.

Let me add this one even though my lens was slightly long so that I clipped the tail. 
I definitely prefer the artsy over the usual spotting stuff
And for those who are into helicopters...

The first time a US airline has visited Gold Coast Airport. American 7 Heavy repositioning to Brisbane after diverting while enroute DFW-BNE On sunday due to a massive storm. She stayed on the ground for around 36 hours. N846AN

And a great opportunity to showcase how off-white Delta's white really is
For color referencing/scale modeling snow in pictures is perfect, but it's not really the type of weather I like.
I recently used the cold days to sort through some of my older holiday pictures.
Here's one from 2011 showing an Airberlin A319 passing over Potokaki/Pythagorio beach on a short final. Was a perfect fit for the 15mm lens.

Yeah Delta’s white actually has a tinge of cream especially when the fuselage hasn’t been touched up for some time.

Very tired Air Asia A330.
I still hate this livery with a passion, but the blue does look good in direct sunlight.
Liked the composition on this one.
KAL 350 during golden hour.
Rare American 777 sandwiched between two overzealous LCCs.
Bad attempt at a long exposure shot, but at least the Etihad’s pretty.
