Just got this in the mail from TexanAirplaneStore.

An essential model for my collection! This is my seventh United Express model, and I plan to source three more of these 175’s.
Not a bad model by any means, engines look fine and it came in perfect condition.

The unfortunate part was the story of how it got to me, I ordered this in February from Texan and received it today… 81 days later. It was a big pain and I wrote a thread about it. Thankfully BoeDinger helped out and finally, three months after ordering it I finally have my Embraer.

Another E175, this time from American will join my fleet shortly.

Yesterday I got models that I orderd 5 month ago in the end on November. It happened due to one model in theorder war pre-order what held the order shipping, but in the end due to a mistake the brand did not send this model to the store and actually it was out of stock already when this mistake had been found out. So i did not get the model what held entire order to be shipped

1. Air Astana 757-200 by GJ. It was the model that initially triggered me to place the order. I was looking for it quite a while. there were few available options for over $100 what is too much. this model was in a collection sale and cost only little bit more then $30. It is a nice model, but little older then I expected. it has antennas, but the wheels are still static

2. Ural Airlines A320neo by GJ. I dont like GJ A320 mould but in case it is the only available option I have ho choice. It still looks fine on a shelf.

3. Senegal A330-900 by Phoenix. Just another model for my small African subcollection

4. Royal Air Maroc 787-8 by GJ. If you look on the photo with the boxes you can see that there is Air Maroc 787 box, but another model by phoenix. this model was from the collection sale too and instead of Phoenix one I got GJ. I actually not disappointed, it is the old GJ 787 before they started using JC mould for their 787. I did not have such model yet and I would say I like this mould more then current GJ/JC 787.

5. Korean Air 787-9 by NG. Just a nice modelIMG_4151.webp

6. EVA Air A321 by Phoenix. I did not initially ordered this model, it was another model what the collection sale, but before shipping it was found out that model is damaged and I was offered to choose a replacement without paying the price difference

7. American E175 by LJ. This model is technically not from the store the order is, but during talking with the seller I mentioned that I would like to get this model but unlikelly I would do this ever because getting a single model from store in the US would cost me over $100. since this order was from US too, the seller offered me to buy this model for me and send with my order without any additional fees what I am very grateful for.

A new arrival today for the princely sum of £18.99 off eBay. Iberia leased a pair of Spantax Convair CV-990s at different times to fill gaps left by delayed DC-8 deliveries. EC-BJC only wore Iberia titles over the Spantax scheme and operated with IB for 8 months from April to December 1967. This ex-American Airlines aircraft survived a 1973 mid-air collision with an Iberia DC-9 over France and was repaired, serving with Spantax until mid-November 1979.

For anyone keen on Spantax 990s I covered them in a blogpost back in 2020: https://www.yesterdaysairlines.com/airline-history-blog/capt-rudis-maseratis-spantax-convair-990s
