I just acquired the Continental DC-10-10 by Aeroclassics from a few months back Registration N68044. At a glance this model looks decent but up close the finish is extremely poor.. I would suspect most copies have similar issues with the QC and would bet getting an exchange would leave me in the same position. Just know while we debate window lines and cockpit window placements from other manufacturers, AC again seems to get away with murder.

It’s almost intentional neglect in my opinion… it’s not one or two areas of the model it’s the full build. Pretty pathetic if you ask me considering this model will still sell for $150 once sold out.Indeed a very crappy quality control. Those engines look like the skin of an orange!

Daron has better paint quality control… It’s super disappointing as these DC-10’s are so highly sought after… Someone else needs to make a DC-10 so I never have to buy Aeroclassics again Lol.this is borderline criminal
