Show Your Latest 1:400 Purchase

Interesting! we’re they mass produced or do you make them yourself?
No, these were issued by Airbus in Toulouse since the 1970s when the first A300 were deliverd to Air France. These were offered to the customers/airlines and also sold by the Airbus company shops at the facilities in Toulouse and Hamburg.

There were also severals stickers made in the same style by a swiss guy. Mostly in colours of second hand owners of the aircrafts. And there are also russian made stickers in the same style with Airbus, Boeing and russian aircrafts printed. I also have many of those.

Latest arrivals...

Kawasaki C-1. I just thought it looked cool. Odd piece for my collection.

AC BWIA DC-9-30. When first released I saw pictures of a really pointy nose on this model so I didn't get it at first. But this one seemed of. The only detail is the black bit below the windshield is a bit tilted but other than that it's fine.
Dragon #1 and #2 Concorde.

GJ ATA 25th Anniversary 757-200. Would love to see this one on an NG mould.

In the early years of JC Wings they used a few other brand names for certain models. One of these was Flightline400 and between 2009-2012 over 30 models were made, two thirds of which were 777s. Most of the models haven't stood the test of time very well but one that has is this 2010 AeroSur 767-200, using the Gemini Jets mould.

AeroSur had taken up the mantle of Bolivia's flag carrier following LAB's demise and had also started painting up its widebodies in animal themed special schemes. It had a pair of 767-200s and CP-2659, a 1990 build machine leased from AWAS and formerly with Royal Brunei, Vietnam Airlines and Avianca, was painted up into this 'Sharko' scheme upon delivery in July 2010. Looking at her photo history it looks like she was used on the Miami route a lot. Unfortunately, AeroSur declared bankruptcy in April 2012 and she was scrapped in 2013.
