Only 1 new arrival today for me and a part of the so-called "unsuccessful" Singles' Day sale - introducing a new Middle Eastern carrier - Oman Air B737 MAX 8 A40-ME by JCW. The registration "ME" is the abbreviation of my current study - something nice! I got a model for Black Friday but the warehouse address issue is a burden and I am negotiating for the resend. Hopefully everything went smooth! My diorama is still yet to be completed but after this week I will continue working on it. Here is the port side

I like 777 a lot - but I'm surprised to find out how late I am on acquiring the interactive 777F.

The closed kit fit nicely into the fuselage and sit flush - it's that the doors are rather snuggly fitted and it takes patience to remove them.

The open kit looks nice too

Price is rather good as GJ goes (~45USD) - I honestly can't think of any retailer that sells GJ 777 this cheap.

New addition with this PH KrasAir Il-96! Like many Russian airlines, KrasAir served routes between Russia and DXB up until the airline's demise in 2008 with types such as the Il-86, Tu-154, and this Il-96. I've actually spotted RA-96017 with her current government operator this summer!

My Black Friday adds courtesy of the Texan Airplane Store! Got these two NGs that I had been indecisive on for a long time and I'm really glad I did. The Canyon Blue -700 is an iconic livery, but they're just about gone now (only 3 of them left!). These used to fly into my local airport (KSNA) all the time.



The Alaska Galaxy's Edge -800.....WOW this is a stunning model in-person! Honestly even better than I thought it'd be. NG did a magnificent job. This livery has some personal connection to me since I used to go to Disneyland a lot while I was younger and I got to visit Galaxy's Edge once. This thing really pops



The Canyon Blue -700 fits in perfectly with the Max 8, and I now have two Alaska 738s in my collection.

A parcel from the good folks at WestCoastDiecast was waiting for me at home!



Three out of the four quickly found their way to my shelves. The MovieStar needs to pay a visit to the hangar first thanks to NG's recent screw up with their L1011 new cradle (the problem has reportedly been fixed since...)

Mine technically isn’t a plane, but still 1/400, I got this new smaller airport mat from AMS! Very impressed with it, comes with a terminal that I’ll eventually make. Right now I have boxes on it to flatten it out.

An early Christmas gift...and the last model of 2023. NG's BA 777-200. I missed out on the earlier release, but was thrilled when this one came around. To my glee, this one comes with the British Airways Crest adjacent to the titles.

And although I am not thrilled with the APU, the rest of the mould is spot on. The British Airways blue really stands out to me, along with that tail. Do I need to talk about the gears, Wow Thank you NG.

Now if you could tweak that APU for 2024, would be appreciated.
