NG: Landor & TWA Tristars
JC: Cathay 772
Phoenix: Singapore A345

All 4 arrived in excellent condition. BA's Landor livery looks super classy on the Tristar! Not sure which one I prefer between this and the Delta. Although I usually avoid Phoenix, their A340 mould is great; the SQ livery complements it beautifully.

Stunning! I am eagerly awaiting my BA Tristar, hopefully, I will have time tomorrow to collect it!

Landed yesterday.. Air Greenland A330-841 OY-GKN and Lufthansa A340-642 D-AIHF both from Phoenix 2023.
I bought the LH since it is on my flown on list. Flew it (in old colors) October 31, 2011, HKG-MUC

The Air Greenland is a tad dark but I'll keep it until a better one shows up.View attachment 11860View attachment 11861
JC Wings version due out shortly. I've pre-ordered that one. And I see NG are bringing us the original A330-200 next month, which ought to nicely match their previous 757-200.

In fact this new Phoenix A330-8 goes quite well together with my AeroClassics A330-200. It is a tad dark too. I also got the NG 757 but I feel that one is more shiny red (too orange/red in my opinion). Will be interesting to see both models when released.

Excited for my Landor L1011 to arrive to go with my Blue Box and Gemini Jets versions

With all the money I received from relatives red packets, I devoted some of the money to these beauties 😍

Well here are my latest pair of NG releases, 2 TriStars, ALIA L-1011-500 JY-AGB in early ‘80s delivery c/s and British Airways L-1011-200 G-BHBR in Landor c/s - which collectors are very excited about following the discussions above! It is a lovely model, just as lovely as the previous 2 they’ve made (shown here with all the box art).

This latest Landor L-1011 also benefits from having the corrected forward slants for the #1 and #3 cowlings, which have been standard on all new releases for a while now, but the first 2 pre-date this tweak, so it’s is a truly definitive release.

I can also confirm that the ALIA release has the correct very pale blue hue to the fuselage colour, as opposed to the 1st release, JY-AGA, which did not. It’s a very subtle colour but it’s definitely there this time 👍 JY-AGB also benefits from having fully electroplated wings and h-stabs in addition to the fuselage, which the first release did not have (they were all sprayed silver). I’ve tried to show comparisons between both models and the artwork, but it’s very difficult to capture in photos as it really appears to the naked eye.

Anyway, anyone who’s picked up either of these models, or both, is not going to be disappointed. The QC is solid on both the examples I have, too! 👏👍

The colour comparisons between the two ALIA releases, JY-AGA & AGB. It is tricky to demonstrate in photos.

I picked up these beauties yesterday, and they did not disappoint! I almost bought the TWA as well but opted for a QF 762 instead. If anyone missed out on a BA or TWA Tristar, get in touch with CAMAUST, they have 20 of each!
@AussieAviator, it was nice to bump into you yesterday, and you made a great choice of model!
