Sorry,I don't really understand that. Could you describe more detailed? Thanks!
The late 747 classics with the 747-400 wing fairing still had the same wingspan as a normal 747 classic, not that extended wingspan of the 747-400. HX used the 747-400 wing mould they had on hand, removed the wingtips but not the extended wingspan of it, making it have wings that are too long for what they should be

Finally received Kylin CI 747 (old livery, with ROC flag version).

(This time HX finally put the window in the right position, better than the last ALB B-164,thank goodness)

However, I believe those with sharp eyes have noticed that HX has messed up the wings on this B-160 again. Although this 742F is a late-production aircraft equipped with the -400 WBF, like other HX 743, they simply installed the -400 wings on this 742F, grinding off the winglets and wingtip extensions. However, HX is developing new wing molds, so perhaps we'll see the correct wings in the future?🧐

Due to well-known reasons, CI is now can't exhibit the Republic of China/Taiwan flag on aircraft.

I have to say, the JC 747 landing gear is really too low.In comparison, HX is better🤣

Beautiful models, specially the 747-400. However, really annoying to see HX still messing up by using the wrong wing for the 747 Classics  😒

Actually, NG used a color close to the correct one on the first batch of CX A350, but for some reason they used the wrong gray starting from the A350F:cry::cautious:

But I finally completed my collection of Cathay Pacific active Airbus fleet 🎉
Just received my NG CX777 in new larger font livery. The band below the windows in grey (wrong?), yet the engines remain light green. I think a mistake by NG for sure.

Looks like the post mixed up B-160(742) and B-161(744),I remembered it says B-161 is wrong yesterday, but it corrected the mistake now.

那麼 B-160(747-200F)機翼是錯誤的,而 B-161 是正確的嗎?

B-161 being the 747-400, yes the wing is correct on the 747-400. The 747-200 does not have the correct wing in this circumstance

I had planned on posting something more substantive today but circumstances and next week's content got in the way! So I'll settle for having finally gotten the Phoenix July announced A340-200 F-WWBA out of the box and into the collection. The short A340 and A330 do rather accentuate some of the Phoenix moulds failings (especially at the nosegear), but it'll do for now although I'd like to see a replacement made on a better mould at some point. This aircraft gained World Ranger titles for a record-breaking around the world flight in June 1993. It flew one-stop via Aickland in 44 hours with the return leg to Paris from AKL taking 21 hours 31 minutes and covering a distance of 19,808kms.

Great model, cool release by Phoenix! Just wondering, what is the "mould failing" at the nose gear? At first glance, I don't see issues. Maybe the nose gear doors could be smaller?

It’s not often I go out of my way to purchase one widebody, let alone two, but I did it to support Wildcat Diecast and also @CM Aviation who’s got a discount code with this retailer. Zipair is my third Japanese airline in the collection behind ANA and JAL while the United 787 I’ve wanted for a long time with the current colors. AV400 did spectacular with this release and the magnetic gears are always a nice touch.

Heyyyyyy way to grow the Japanese Collection! Might have to get myself one of those! Nice to see you got another United Widebody too.

Finally getting back to life after being away from home for a bit and had this to unbox today. It’s a USAir 767-200 released by GeminiJets from September of 2005. Outside of the two JetX Piedmont hybrids also released in 2005, I now have the two released regular scheme 767s ever released. Actually, outside of those piedmont hybrids, I have every single standard USAir/Airways 767 ever released!
