You should start with a simple airbrush to learn. Just like @Jazajia did with the master airbrush. No need to spend that much until you really get into it. I have two air brushes for working customs, one is a fancy one and the other one is not fancy at all. Lately I've used the cheaper one more often. Specially when larger surfaces need to be covered and more precise detail isn't required.What kind of airbrush do you use? Customizing/fixing models like this an area I want to get into eventually and i’m still learning how it all works. Working for a kitchen cabinet company helps learning the general process of it all, but learning the specific materials and techniques on a smaller scale is an entirely different thing lol.
Get one of those kits and go into youtube. I learned that way and just started painting.
