Show your FAVORITE 1:400 model aircraft.

Thought I would make a thread for people to showcase their favorite models they own in 400 scale.

My favorite models have to be my 4 GJ United Express Bombardier CRJ-550’s I recently acquired, If you can’t tell based on my profile picture, United Express is my favorite airline and I love regional jets/props.

When I get around to this model I may shave down the nose gear as its too tall. The CRJ-700 (550) is supposed to be nose down and it looks like they used the CRJ-1000 nose gear on this one.

I don’t have the biggest problem with it (saved hundreds of dollars over an older release), I do agree it is quite tall though.

My favourite is a custom I made many years back of the Airlines of South Australia F.27 Friendship we flew on at the end of a school trip back in 1982. It turned out that the Captain was a friend of the family, I earned much status with my classmates that day! He let the Fokker off its leash on the way back. It was an awesome trip!
