Pre-Orders from DAS

Hello everyone. A while ago I placed a pre-order with the Diecast Airplane Store for some models from the NG Models December release set. The models have still not shipped although it seems like every other retailer has received their stock. Is anyone else in the same boat?

I too am waiting for my pre-order. I emailed them and am awaiting a reply. More recently they helped me out with an issue and were excellent. Let’s wait and see. Also, I think the admin posts here from time to time. Perhaps he can chime in.

Ive placed an order from them December 20th (no preorders or anything), didn't get any tracking info even after emailing about it (gave them a bit of slack with the Christmas holidays too of course) and then it magically ended up on my doorstep the end of the first week of January actually. NG preorders tend to take a while to get across the globe and then also ship from retailers too. They're a legit store just be patient with NG on that their end!
