Patriot model February release

their listing is quite misleading, with two conflicting infos at the same time 😵‍💫
Actually easy - what they mean is - they have 'x' 'in stock' for - in this case - pre-order (based on how many units they've placed an order for, with the factory)
It allows for the buyer to track when they need to make that purchase.
All pre-order items are thus mentioned - check
It's transparent and ensures you're not getting shafted

I ordered from futurewingmodels and it was shipped on 8 May. I just noticed the flaps down version!!! I would have ordered that - looks great.

The models have been ready for a while and can be purchased directly from China, but as far as I understand, none have been shipped to retailers outside Asia. I have a fairly large order "secured." It just takes them forever to pack them up and ship them out.

It's likely due to a limitation common to stores created using newer platforms. I use Wix, and while it allows me to list items for pre-order, many times, I opt to just list them as in-stock with a note clarifying that it is a pre-order slot, as @planes_on_a_shelf explained.

The reason I do it is because when using the search function of the site (as opposed to filtering categories) pre-order items appear as "out of stock." Wix won't do anything about it. Also, when doing bulk product uploads, Wix does not have the option to upload them as pre-orders; it has to be done manually one by one, hence why in many cases I opt to do what Bedforshire is doing.
