This was a great CRP event... I saved most of my points for almost two years and am bringing home quite a fun array of models. Many 1:200s that I have wanted as well, but never pulled the trigger. My wife and I welcomed our second son a few months ago, so we have been on a tighter budget lol.
And the best part of this, is that each model in the CRP comes with a new code card, so the cycle of madness continues. My wife is certainly going to judge me when she sees them. I just need to re-iterate that these are "free" and that you get x amount of points per model. The last time I did the exchange event last year, I told her this and her response was biting, yet accurate. "Well, this amount of free models means you buy a sh*t ton of planes."She's not wrong... my name is Corey and I am a model plane addict.
To be fair, she knew this about me before marrying me, so the joke is on her.
My wife told me I could wake her up at 07:00 to browse the exchange as long as I made her an Espresso over ice with Oat Milk.![]()
I was shocked that L-1011 is available...I was able to pick up the Eastern L-1011 N305EA....only cost 100 points.
Me too. I snapped it up as soon as I saw it. It was sold out last time when I tried to get it.I was shocked that L-1011 is available...
Actually a lot left on TaobaoMe too. I snapped it up as soon as I saw it. It was sold out last time when I tried to get it.
In mainland China we usually have 2-3yuan for 1point. So for this TigerAir it’s 100-150yuan, or 14-21$. That is really cheap even compared with HX.Excited to use my point to exchange for this rare Scoot hybrid model! It's a little pain in my heart seeing so much points being given for this 1 model only but it's all worth it!
